A great set is teamwork: our application, your aftercare. Follow this simple routine and your extensions will stay full, fluffy and comfortable until your next refill.
The first 24 hours
Keep lashes completely dry: no showers on the face, steam, saunas, swimming or heavy workouts while the adhesive fully cures. After day one, water is your friend again.
Cleanse daily
Wash your lashes gently every day with an oil-free, lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush. Clean lashes retain better, look better, and keep your eyes healthy. We show every client how at their first appointment.
No oils near the eyes
Oil-based makeup removers, cleansers and rich skincare break down lash adhesive. Check labels for anything you use around the eye area, and skip mascara entirely. You don't need it now.
Brush every morning
A few soft strokes with the spoolie we give you keeps fans fluffed and spikes crisp. Brush in the direction of the style, and never pick, twist or pull at your extensions.
Sleep smart
Back or side sleeping preserves your set; face-down pillow friction is its natural enemy. A silk pillowcase is a lovely bonus, not a requirement.
Refill on rhythm
Natural lashes shed on a 60–90 day cycle and take extensions with them. A refill every 2–3 weeks, from half price, keeps the set dense, even and freshly-done.
Aftercare questions
Can I get my lashes wet?
Keep them completely dry for the first 24 hours while the adhesive cures. After that, water is fine. Daily gentle cleansing is actually essential.
Why can't I use oil-based products?
Oils break down the lash adhesive, which shortens the life of your set. Check makeup removers, cleansers and skincare around the eye area for oils.
How often should I come for a refill?
Every 2–3 weeks. Natural lashes shed on their own cycle, taking extensions with them. A refill keeps the set looking freshly done, from half price.
Can I rub my eyes or sleep on my face?
Try not to! Friction is the biggest everyday enemy of extensions. Sleep on your back or side where you can, and pat, never rub, around the eyes.
